If you require further assistance, are confused, or just want to speak to a nationally certified personal trainer about your Exercise and/or Nutition Plan, you can purchase a phone consultation whereby a fitness professional will call you at a mutually-convenient time to discuss your plan(s) in detail.

The cost is $ 40.00 per 30 minutes of consultation.
