FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
Custom Training provides its clients with flexibility analysis,
monitoring and improvement in one’s ability to become more flexible.
Flexibility is a key component of physical fitness and should
not be overlooked in the pursuit of an exercise/fitness goal.
Improvement
of flexibility has many positive benefits: increased physical efficiency
and performance, decreased risk of injury, increased coordination,
reduced muscular soreness, improved muscular balance, reduction
of low-back pain, and reduction of stress. Flexibility improvement
should be an integral component of any exercise/fitness program.
