You can always lose weight and not eat healthy at the same time. There are so many artificial ways nowadays to lose weight – some you need to ingest, others desperately go under the knife to do so. Well, this would wholly depend on the person and others just do not really care until they get that sexy body.

Weight loss can be very tricky because if not done properly, you can definitely lose weight and get the goal you have always wanted. The problem with weight loss is, if you do it in a rush and not properly, there will be so many other things that can be affected. You can always lose weight without even eating the right food or doing the right exercise, you can lose weight by not eating and that’s it.

Yoyo diet

This is a kind of diet where your body literally loses weight easy then gains back some weight about the same interval then loses weight again. This is why it is called yoyo. Like a yoyo, it goes up and down and so will your weight. Some also call the yoyo diet crash diet where you actually succeed in your weight loss for about a week but then, gains almost the same amount or double the week after that.

Skipping meals

Other people also think that skipping meals would actually lead them to a healthier lifestyle. Yes, they may lose weight but the nutrients their body is supposed to get will not be enough. It is never okay to skip meals. Eating in moderation is but skipping meals will never be okay. You will only lead yourself to crave more as you are depriving yourself from the right food intake your body should have.

Diet pills

This is the total no-no. I never ever recommend diet pills because there will be different side effects because of it in the future. Although, this is something to be determined yet, I strongly believe diet pills are never ever healthy for you.

Not proportional intake

Yes, you may be eating the exact meals during the exact time however, if your intake is not proportional,  this still will not be helpful in your diet. Eating meals differently can only confuse your body and digestive system.
